Coastal Wanderers Shipping Policy:
1. Shipping Methods:
- We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia via Australia Post. We also offer standard shipping world wide (at buyers expense).
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
- All shipments are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
2. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and the shipping destination.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
- Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination.
- Standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 21 business days within the specified Australia and 5 to 40 days internationally.
- Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information.
- You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number via email through our website or the designated courier's tracking service.
5. International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please refer to our website for the list of eligible countries.
- Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
6. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for any delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations or impose additional shipping restrictions as required by law or due to courier limitations.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund for any applicable payments.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the event of lost or damaged packages during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and assist you in the best possible manner.
- It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are home when delivery arrives or to pick up the parcel from the post office or designated holding space.
-We will not be held responsible if your parcel goes missing. We will not be held liable and do not offer refunds for later than expected parcels, damaged parcels or missing parcels. If a parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the additional delivery fee, refunds will not be accepted.
We are a small business and already take the extra cost of shipping each package so please be kind!
