Returns & Refunds Policy

Coastal Wanderers Returns & Refunds Policy:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - We accept returns on items purchased directly from our online store within 7 days of delivery.

   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind after the purchase has been made. 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   - The following items are non-returnable:

    - Teethers, Swimwear or other sanitary goods for hygiene reasons.

    - Personalized or customized items.

    - Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events 

    - Change of mind items 

 

3. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.

   - We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.

   - Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

4. Return Shipping:

   - The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.

   - Refunds for return shipping costs may be provided in certain cases, as determined by our customer support team.

 

5. Refunds:

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   - Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

6. Exchanges:

   - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receipt.

   - We may request supporting documentation such as photos to assess the issue.

   - Depending on the result of the prior assessment we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund for the damaged or defective item. 

 

8. Clearance Sale Items:

   - Certain items marked as "Clearance Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

   - Please review the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification before making a purchase.
